We are an online Telehealth service, and accept referrals for clients located across Australia. All sessions take place over Telehealth (video or phone).
Session Fees
Initial appointment: $220 (50-minute appointment)
Follow-up appointment: $220 (50-minute appointment)
Referrals
GP referrals are not required to access support, however, you are more than welcome to share a referral letter if you have one.
Medicare Rebates
In order to claim a rebate under Medicare, you must be referred to our services under an Eating Disorder Plan (EDP) or Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM/EPC). You are welcome share your referral via email prior to your appointment.
Eating Disorder Plan (EDP)
If your GP or Psychiatrist has referred you to our services under an EDP referral, you will be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate of $61.80 per session for up to 20 individual sessions in a 12 month period from when the plan was created.
Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM/EPC)
If your GP has referred you to our services under a CDM/EPC referral, you will be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate of $61.80 per session for up to 5 individual sessions in a calendar year.
Medicare Safety Net
The Medicare Safety Net increases your rebate once you spend a certain amount on Medicare-claimable services within a calendar year.
Typically, for a dietitian session under an EDP or CDM plan, Medicare covers around 30% of the fee (e.g. $61.80 back on a $220 session). After reaching the Safety Net threshold, your rebate can increase to around 85% of the total fee (i.e. $188 back on a $220 session).
Thresholds vary for individuals, families, and concession card holders, and reset on January 1st each year. You can check your progress at any time through your Medicare online account or the Medicare app. For more information, visit the Medicare Safety Net website.
Private Health Rebates
You may be eligible for rebates through your private health fund, depending on your level of cover. Following sessions, you will be sent an invoice to assist in making a claim. 
NDIS Support
We happily support NDIS clients who are either self-managed or plan-managed. We are unfortunately unable to support clients who are agency-managed, as we are not an NDIS registered provider. When completing an appointment enquiry form, please kindly indicate that you are seeking support through the NDIS.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours of notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Full session fees apply if cancellations or reschedules are made within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you do not attend your appointment.
