The support we provide is best described as "food therapy"
Our role is to hold space for you to explore concerns related to food, body, and health in a way that feels purposeful to you. Instead of telling you what to eat, we will help you learn how to nourish your body with peace and confidence for life.
Values we bring to your care

Weight-Inclusive Care
We are committed to providing holistic and weight-inclusive care that is informed by the principles of Health At Every Size® (HAES®). We understand that health is complex and cannot be reduced to a person's weight or body size.
Non-Diet Nutrition
We recognise the importance of a healthy relationship with food for optimal health and wellbeing. We adopt a non-diet approach that empowers clients to make choices that align with their personal values and self-care needs.
Client-Centred Care
We place our clients at the center of their care and understand that they are experts on their own bodies. Our role is to provide evidence-based information and guidance, but only with with permission and in a collaborative manner.
